KEIKI (YOUTH) PROGRAM
What to expect in our Keiki Program:
Our Keiki Program offers group classes that are both fun and diverse for kids 5-12 years old. We teach kids how to properly run, jump, push, pull and squat— all while improving their coordination, speed and agility in a fun environment. We play games, conquer obstacle courses, and use teamwork exercises to deliver fitness and allow students to work at their own level to build confidence.

Saturday : 9:30 am - 10am
Monthly membership
$40 (Unlimited Monthly)


SPECIFIC TEAM OR GROUP TRAINING
Our group or team training is private training for teams, clubs, and organizations, who want a more individualized training program to fit the needs of their specific sport or goal. We have the honor of currently training elite gymnastics teams, basketball clubs, and flag football teams. We also have hosted physical training for military units.
