KUPUNA (60+) PROGRAM
Kupuna Crossfit
Group classes tailored for individuals over 60. Gain strength, mobility, balance and endurance. Functional movements that carry over to everyday life. The Kupuna class meets on Monday and Fridays at 8:30am or 9:30am. Please email us (elyse@808crossfit.com) if you’d like to join as space in these classes are limited.

Unlimited access to respective (your class time will be assigned by Coach Elyse) Monthly membership at $100, ideal for those who are 60 or older seeking consistent fitness in a supportive community.
