We are extremely proud of our very own Champ, Mary C. Schwing!! She did an amazing job at her 10th trip to the @crossfitgames this weekend, finishing tied for 3rd place (4th with the tie break). She is proof that age is just a number, consistency pays off, and working your weaknesses pays off. You continue to be a true inspiration to so many of us and we couldn’t be more proud.
