CrossFit Group Classes
Our classic CrossFit classes are for teens and adults of all fitness levels. Every class is approximately an hour long and has a mix of cardio and weightlifting. Each workout can be tailored to an individual’s level and experience. Scalable workouts, expert coaching, and a strong community–thats what you can expect!
