Hey everyone!
Coach Josh and I are so excited to announce our first in-house competition of 2022! The first ever CrossFit 808 Summer Showdown will take place on Saturday, July 9, 2022! Registration is open, so grab a partner and sign-up.
A few details about the competition:
Teams consist of same sex pairs!
We have 4 divisions: Men’s RX, Men’s Scaled, Women’s RX, and Women’s Scaled. (Coach’s note: if you do majority of our workouts at the gym RX or Scaled, that should be your respective division.)
This will be run very much like our 2021 Thanksgiving Throwdown. It is one workout that will have 4 parts to it!
(Depending on the amount of teams that register) we plan to run heats of about 5-6 teams every hour starting around 9:00am on 7/9/22.
Workouts will be announced soon!
Cost per team is $20.
