I took today to spend a much needed day with my family to process all of my feelings.

In 2008 I fell in love with CrossFit and everything about it: the training philosophy, the workouts, the education, the sport, and most of all the community. In 2011 we opened CrossFit 808 based off of that love.

While I am still fully committed to our community and gym, I do not tolerate the recent actions and comments of CrossFit’s CEO. While the coaching staff and I decide what our next steps will be, know that we will still committed to our vision of making our community healthier, stronger, and more united than ever.
